Great solution for restless child

My 6-year-old has always had trouble falling asleep due to her high energy, ever since she was a toddler. I’ve never used any type of sleep aid or melatonin for her before, we just adapted to it. Now that school has started, she hasn’t been falling asleep until 1–2 a.m. each night, which has been frustrating for her and exhausting for our whole household. A small dose goes a long way

This product works. It's best to take half a dose and wait about 15 minutes to see if you need to take the other half. The product does get a little bitter a couple of weeks after opening it so it's best to mix it with juice or wash it down with water.
